Elizabeth G. Bagan, APRN

Elizabeth G. Bagan, APRN is an established and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience. She is well regarded in the Jacksonville, Florida community earning numerous accolades for her quality and patient-centered care. She is active in the community, an established public speaker, mother of four, and in her previous life, a Marine Mechanical Engineer.


After a devoted career serving in the Emergency Department, Elizabeth came to the realization that she was not treating health conditions but only putting temporary band-aids on life-long problems. She decided that she wanted to pursue a career in health promotion and disease prevention. 


Elizabeth changed her focus to specialize in Obesity Medicine, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Regenerative Medical Aesthetics. Elizabeth has dedicated herself to a comprehensive and dynamic professional journey, marked by extensive continuing education and certifications in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Her passion for advancing her expertise led her to specialize not only in BHRT but also in Obesity Medicine and Regenerative Medical Aesthetics.

She is well-versed in various delivery methods of hormone replacement, with a particular preference for the pelleting system. Elizabeth is particularly enthused about the BioTE method, recognizing its efficacy and innovation in the realm of BHRT.

Elizabeth received her original nursing degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She received her advanced degree in Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner from Jacksonville University.


Elizabeth is a veteran and graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. USMMA is a federal service academy that educates and graduates leaders of exemplary character who are inspired to serve the national security, marine transportation, and economic needs of the United States as licensed Merchant Marine Officers and commissioned officers in the Armed Forces. With 95 percent of the world's products transported over water, these leaders are vital to our merchant fleet's effective operation for commercial and military transport during war and peace. Academy graduates abide by the motto “Acta Non-Verba" - deeds not words, and are leaders that exemplify the concept of service above self.


Elizabeth enjoys travel, spending time with her family, football, and exercising. She is also involved in her church, children's school, and the school advisory board president. She has traveled to Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and Zanzibar.
